Account & Data Deletion

If you own an organization, delete your account from the web dashboard:

1. Sign in at app.projectpulseiq.com.
2. Go to Settings → Organization (visible to owners only) and transfer ownership to another member, or archive the organization, if you don't want to keep it running.
3. Go to Profile & Security settings, select "Delete Account," and confirm.

If you're an admin (not an owner) of an organization, you'll first need to step down to a regular member role — do this yourself from the organization's Members settings if you have permission, or ask the organization owner to change your role. Once you're a member (not an owner or admin) of an organization, delete your account from the mobile app:

1. Leave your current workspace/organization from the app's profile screen.
2. Once you've left every organization, you'll see a "Request account deletion" option.
3. We'll email you a 6-digit code — enter it to confirm.

Once your deletion is final — immediately for the mobile-app path above, or at the end of the 30-day recovery period for the web-dashboard path — we permanently erase your personal information, including your profile, time logs, location pings, and uploaded files, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. Data belonging to your organization that other members created (e.g., shared project files) is not deleted along with your personal account.
