Terms & Conditions

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

You may delete your account at any time. Organization owners delete their account from the web dashboard, where they can also transfer ownership or archive the organization first; this starts a 30-day recovery period before permanent erasure. Organization admins and other members must first leave their current workspace (admins may need to step down to a member role first) before completing deletion from the mobile app; this deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. PulseIQ collects your GPS location data only when you clock in or clock out of a work session. We do not track your location continuously or in the background. Location data is used solely for work site verification and session logging.

You must grant location permissions to use time tracking features. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, but this may limit the functionality of the App.

An active internet connection is required to clock in and clock out. Once clocked in, you may close the App and your session will remain active until you clock out.

While we strive to provide accurate time tracking, we do not guarantee absolute precision. We are not responsible for payroll disputes, billing errors, or other issues arising from time tracking inaccuracies.

PulseIQ is billed per organization, not per seat, at a flat monthly or annual rate covering your entire team. New organizations receive a 14-day free trial; no credit card is required to start the trial.

Subscription payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from the web dashboard's billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.

If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, your organization's access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved. Your data is retained during this suspension period consistent with our Privacy Policy's data retention terms, but will not be permanently deleted solely due to a lapsed subscription.

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, display, and transmit your User Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time, as described in Section 1. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately, though provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
